We are pleased with the quality of construction of our new home that Bonacori Custom Homes (BCH) built for us. The EarthCraft House certification is especially to our liking. We have been informed that South Face of Earth Craft Standard Institute will send us certification that our home’s construction meets the Green Standard.
It is our understanding that this EarthCraft House certification efficiency rating will provide lower utility bills as well as safe storage in our basement area without the threat of mold and mildew.
More importantly, response to our concerns, questions and needs were done in an effective and timely manner through the BCH Building Superintendent. This liaison facilitated effective communication with the subcontractors and vendors with whom we frequently interacted. Overall, this was a positive experience throughout the 12 month building process. We offer sincere thanks for the work, the effort and the result.

Bonacori Custom Homes,
We wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased we are with the way the whole process has gone regarding the construction of our new home.
It started with your Property Purchase Program of our existing home at Reynolds Plantation making it possible for us to move forward without having sold our home in St. Louis. As you know we had made a decision not to start the new home until St. Louis sold but the details of your purchase program and the price you offered were very fair which allowed us to pull the trigger on the new home. I'm sure you must be pleased as well that you were able to secure a buyer so quickly to make it a win/win for both of us.
Once the rains finally subsided, it has been amazing how fast the various subs have made up most of the lost time. We have been equally pleased with the quality of their work. It has been very professional. The meetings I've had with Rich, Steve and the subs give me a great deal of confidence that the finished product is going to meet our expectations. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge how well Steve is managing the project.
We are looking forward to the rest of the building process as we move forward with the anticipated April completion.
