"Sometimes things just happen to fall into place and "just feel right". Months ago, I received a letter from Bonacori Custom Homes regarding their lease back program. I placed it in my dresser next to our bed and thought it sounded too good to be true. A couple of weeks later, I decided to dig into it a bit more and made the phone call to Bonacori Custom Homes. Well, that was the best thing I ever did.

After that conversation, my wife and I thought it would be best if we made another trip to Lake Oconee to meet Rich and his team first hand. After several conversations, trips, and meetings, we were able to put together a building package that was the perfect fit. The Bonacori Team even assisted us in finding the perfect lake lot. They had eight prime candidates that met our needs and spent a full day visiting each one and reviewing the pros and cons of each lot. It was easy to make a decision based on the efforts, honesty, and integrity that we found in the entire Bonacori Staff. My wife and I are both conservative people, and less trusting than most. I have managed foreign and highline automotive dealerships for 16 years, and my wife, Valerie, has been an advertising consultant and designer for eighteen years.
